2026 Chatham County Intermediate Beekeeper Course

The Chatham County Beekeepers Association will conduct a one-day, in person only, Intermediate Beekeeping course on June 6, 2026, at the Chatham County Agriculture and Conference Center in Pittsboro, North Carolina (1192 US Hwy 64 West Business). The primary audience for the school is beekeepers with at least one year of beekeeping experience.

We are conducting this beekeeping course to help local beekeepers advance their knowledge and to increase the number of skilled beekeepers in our region. This class is taught by a group of beekeepers who are not only subject matter experts but also have several years of practical knowledge and experience on the topics presented.  At the conclusion of this one-day class, participants will have received education regarding relevant beekeeping topics that will enable them to be a better beekeeper and prepare them for advanced level testing. Plan to join us and increase your knowledge of beekeeping. Click here to see the bios of our presenters.

The cost of the June 2026 Intermediate Beekeeping course will be $75 for an individual attendee. Register online by completing the form below and submitting it with your payment. Registration closes at midnight on May 15, 2026, and no refunds will be given for cancellations after May 15, 2026.
